About Me

I am a educator and library media specialist who has taught in all grades K-12, in elementary and Span schools in South Los Angeles. I spent many years as a Spanish Dual Immersion teacher in K-5, aa math and science teacher in 6th grade and I am currently serving as a teacher librarian. Throughout my career, I have worked to develop and apply innovative instructional practices that bridge disciplines, work with families, and partner with community organizations to transform student learning.
